Today sees the release of my new single “Ross Couch – Take A Look”, the 35th release on my Body Rhythm label. For now this one is available to buy exclusively from Beatport for the next four weeks.
This is actually the first time I’ve released a single on the label, usually in the past I’ve put out three original tracks, but I wanted to experiment with something different here. So what I’ve done is offered up the original, plus put together three different takes on it – a dancefloor one, a funky one and a downtempo version.
I’m happy to say that after much wailing and gnashing of teeth over the past few weeks trying to get this thing working, the new version of rosscouch.com finally goes online today.
I’ll be the first to admit I’m no web designer so this has been a bit of a pain in the ass to set up and there may well be some problems in the beginning. If you do notice anything that’s wrong or isn’t working then please let me know and I’ll do my best to fix it.
It’s been way too long since I last updated my discography, but with the website about to launch I figured it was high time I got around to it.
It turned out to be a bit of a mission as I’ve got years of releases to catalog and there isn’t any one source on the net that has all of them (even the normally reliable discogs.com is incomplete) so I’m having to rely on my notoriously dodgy memory instead…never a good idea!
Rasmus Faber
I’m currently finishing off a new remix for one of house music’s most musical gifted producers Rasmus Faber on his Farplane label.
The track is called ‘Good Times Come Back’ and features the vocal talents of Sweden’s ‘Beldina’ who’s been collaborating with Faber on a number of tracks recently
The single has already been released in Japan earlier in the year and was apparently a hit over there. Now it’s getting a full release along with additional remixes.
